Love that you're blowing up Chatty and the southeast! I used to work at the GLife and have to admit being a bit starstruck seeing you there. I once sold a steak to Wills while y'all were there. I felt pretty special.
Thanks again for talking up our area, it really is a great place to live and to climb.

Lisa,

We met two years ago at the triple crown at hounds ears, you told me a story about contracting a crazy stomach virus and the long recovery involved with it. Thinking back to that and reading your blog now make me realize how delicate we climbers balance on the edge. Our passion for movement and the beautiful natural world sometimes clouds out judgement of what our bodies can handle. It sounds like you are listening to what yours is telling you. I can speak from personal experience about injury denial. Glad to see your back on track! Hope to see you climbing strong for many years to come!

Hey Lisa,

I am a huge fan of you! I climb and run a lot. In high school I had tons of knee issues which kept me from running. I still have gregariously sensitive knees, but recently have devoted 4 hours a week to yin yoga. This yoga has greatly improved my knee's capacity to deal with 8 hour active days. Specifically Paul Grilley's spine and hip yoga.
